We hope Climate Flags will fly in public spaces around the country, especially in the lead up to local, state or federal elections. Let’s send a clear message to our leaders that we want action on climate change and stimulate voters to vote for a safe climate.

• Ideas for where to fly your flags include:
  • Talk to your local Council and see if flags can fly for a week in your main street, your local shopping precinct, council chambers etc
  • Organise a flag making event at your local school and fly the flags outside the school
  • Bring strings of flags to climate rallies. Two people can hold up the voices of many. Imagine the powerful symbol of joining strings of flags from around the country.
